Gate Info

Entering

1. Using clicker.
Hold button down until it begins to open...If following another car, hold down to keep gate open. The gate will reopen even if closing when the clicker button is held down. The clicker begins working within about 50 feet of keypad and works best when held in direct view of the keypad. Clicker visor clips work well for this.

2. Using directory and keypad.
Anyone is permitted to use this method. The desired person is found in the directory by scrolling through the alphabetical list of names (last name first) using the A and Z buttons. When the arrow is lined up with the desired name, the call button is pushed to signal that person’s phone. Once communication is established, the signaled person can push the 9 on his phone to open the gate or push # to deny access. There is a 4-digit code beside each name in the directory.  This code can be entered on the keypad to signal that person’s phone directly without going through the call button process.

Exiting

Note: Our gates open inward so that the operator motors can be mounted inside the fence to be better protected from damage and vandalism.

1. When walking, simply push the exit button to open exit gates.

2. When in a vehicle, pull up to the stop sign and wait for the gates to open. Do not crowd the gates. Please slow down and use caution when entering and exiting.
