Bulk Item Pickup

Bulk Items (Mattresses, Flooring, Rugs, Cupboards, Cabinets, Furniture, Pallets, TVs, etc.) are
not to be disposed of in or around trash receptacle.

Large items that need to be disposed of can be taken to:
 Charlotte County Landfill, 29751 Zemel Road, Punta Gorda
o (941) 764-4360 *take a utility bill with you as proof of residence

 Mid-County Mini-Transfer & Recycling Facility, 19765 Kenilworth Blvd., Port Charlotte
o (941) 764-4380

The following places will pick up large items that need to be disposed of:
 Waste Management Bulk Pickup:
o (941) 629-1106 or (866) 807-2266

*****If you call Waste Management for bulk pick up, you must receive a confirmation number. Please contact Kristianna at 1st Choice Management 941-625-2255 or [email protected] with that confirmation number provided by the Bulk Pickup/Recycling Company so she can follow up on the pickup.

Fines will be applied per item for each occurrence of improper bulk item disposal.
