Garbage

All garbage shall be disposed of in plastic trash bags which will be
closed or sealed for final disposal. No garbage or plastic trash bags shall be kept outside of any
Condominium Unit other than in such areas designated by the Association forsuch refuse. Dispose
of all trash in the trash receptacle, trash will not get picked up if items are left outside of the
dumpster. Trash cans located in common areas (carport and pool deck) are strictly for minor nonperishable items, not to be used for disposal of large trash bags or items larger than such opening.

Bulk Items (Mattresses, Flooring, Rugs, Cupboards, Cabinets, Furniture, Pallets, TVs, etc.) are
not to be disposed of in or around trash receptacle. /Bulk-Item-Pickup
